Free Hall Rental when we cater for 100 or more.

Dinners include three appetizers, family style antipasti and salad, and individually served entrée.

Buffet Package: $35 per person includes any two entrees from the Entrees 45 list, two appetizers and salad.

 

VERDI CLUB APPETIZERS

$12 per person when served without dinner:

Italian Bocconcini (Marinated Fresh Mozzarella)

Four Cheese Herbed Foccacia bread with tomato basil dipping sauce

Mini Blue Cheese Meatballs with Italian barbeque sauce

Fried Artichoke Hearts with lemon pepper, caper and herbed aioli

Fried Tortellini or Ravioli with red or white sauce

Tuscan White Bean Soup Shooters with brown butter croutons and Italian parsley

$15 per person when served without dinner:

Pancetta Wrapped Shrimps dusted with smoked paprika and roasted red pepper aioli

Italian Sausage Crustini with stracchino cheese and fennel

Prosciutto Wrapped Bread Sticks with Parmesan tapenade

Smoked Gouda and Genoa Salami Blinis with chives

Wild Mushroom and Smoked Applewood Bacon Tartlets with brie

Warm Gougers (cheese puffs) with herbed goat cheese and tomato confit

Roasted Chicken
Lemon-Herb Roasted Half Chicken stuffed with fennel and garlic, served with rosemary roasted potatoes, grilled seasonal vegetables and chicken gravy

Baked White Fish (seasonal)
Seasonal White Fish, coated with Italian bread crumbs, wild rice pilaf, and a roasted squash, zucchini, red pepper medley with a creamy whole grain mustard sauce

Chicken Piccata
Pan fried Chicken Scallopine with lemon, capers, shallots, white wine and oyster mushrooms, served with basmati rice and grilled broccollini

The Verdi Rigatoni
An original house made tomato cream sauce with a medley of traditional Italian flavors. Served with Rigatoni and Parmesan garlic bread.

Lasagna with Italian Sausage
Classic Lasagna layered with roasted red and yellow pwppers, onions, mushrooms, Italian Sausage, ricotta, Parmesan, and mozzarella

Chicken Parmesan
Breaded Chicken Breast layered with marinara, mozzarella, and herbs served with your choice of pasta

Vegetarian
Pesto Risotto with roasted red peppers, oyster muchrooms, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, and shaved parmesan

Beef Filet/New York Strip
Grilled Filet of New York Strip with Yukon Gold potato au gratin, grilled asparagus, and green peppercorn sauce

Beef Tenderloin Florentine
Beef Tenderloin stuffed with Pesto, prosciutto, oyster mushrooms, fontina cheese served with sautéed spinach and a creamy potato risotto

Braised Beef Short Ribs
Tender Braised Beef Short Ribs with gremolata, swiss chard, creamy gorgonzola polenta and a bordelaise sauce

Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin
Pork Loin wrapped in bacon, carmalized cipollini polenta, braised Savoy cabbage and apple brandy sauce

Mortadella-Stuffed Pork Loin
Pork Medallions rolled with mortadella, garlic, braised mustard greens and herbs served with roasted garlic and Parmesan mashed potatoes

Potato Crusted Salmon Filet
Salmon Filet with a crispy potato, parsley, and lemon zest crust, saffron mashed potaoes, grilled asparagus with a lemon and dill beurre blanc
